Dossier is operated by TheLevelTeam LLC. By registering you agree to what follows. We have kept it to what actually matters.

The beta

Every plan is free while we are in beta, whichever one you picked. We will give you at least 60 days’ notice by email before any plan starts charging, and you will never be charged without agreeing first. We do not take card details during the beta.

Being a beta, the service may change, break, or be unavailable. Please do not rely on it as the only copy of anything.

Your content

Your photographs, text, rates and numbers stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them for the purpose of running your kit — nothing else. We will not use your material to promote Dossier without asking you first.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, and for the accuracy of the figures you publish.

Fair use

• Do not impersonate another creator or misrepresent whose audience you are selling.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the rights to.
• Do not use the product to send unsolicited bulk email.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the service.

We may suspend an account that does these things. If we do, we will tell you why.

Ending it

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account and its contents. We may end the beta, with notice, and will give you a way to export what you have made.

The legal minimum

During the beta the service is provided as is, without warranty, and our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us — which, during the beta, is nothing. None of this limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes

We will date any change here and email registered users about anything material.
