Dossier is a product of TheLevelTeam LLC. This page describes what the site collects right now, during our beta, in plain terms. It is short because the site does very little.

What we collect

Only what you type into the registration form:

• Your name and email address
• The platform you post on and your handle
• The plan you selected
• Optionally, a link to your existing media kit

We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this site, and we do not build a profile of your browsing.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the beta and to build your first kit. That is the only use. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who else touches it

• Vercel hosts the site and processes the request that carries your form submission.
• Resend delivers your registration to us as an email.
• Images on this site are served from Unsplash's CDN, so your browser requests them directly from Unsplash.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are interested in the beta. Ask us to delete it and we will, within 30 days, and confirm when it is done.

Your choices

Write to hello@krbn.app to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You do not need to give a reason.

What is not live yet

Dossier is being built to send tracked pitch pages, which will record when a page is opened and for how long. None of that exists today and nothing on this site is doing it. When it launches, this page will be rewritten first — including what a brand contact who receives a kit is told, and how they opt out.

Changes

If this changes materially we will say so here and date it. During the beta, we will email registered users rather than relying on you to check.
